Court orders: S/W two years probation – Conditions: As to Ct 1 only – 30 days WC Jail – Huber, No GT, one day CFTS, sentence to commence by no later than Apr. 1 As to both counts – AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Branden Lee Bradley, Redgranite, was in court on Feb. 13 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Christopher Joseph Macijeski, Pine River, was in court on Feb 14 on four counts of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g) and a count of Possess w/ Intent-THC (>2500-10,000g). Court orders $2500 Sig Bond. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An arraignment is scheduled for March 13.

Lonny Lee Tollefson, Wild Rose, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for March 21.

Gerald F. Ceballos, Lohrville, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. A status conference is scheduled for March 20.

Timothy Troy Williams, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 14 on two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony, a count of OWI (5th or 6th), and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th). Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Court orders: Five year term of imprisonment consecutive to any existing sentence - Bifurcated sentence - 2 yrs IC/3 yrs ES - 156 days CFTS. ES Conditions: Lifetime DL revocation, 2 year IID restriction, OWI Assessment, $1000 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, $42.50 Blood Draw Fee w/ 60 DTP or PP, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Appeal rights given. Bond previously posted to be applied. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 18 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Defendant is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program.

Dustin J. Olandese, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of OWI (4th), a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th) and a count of Drive or Operate Vehicle w/o Consent. Defendant had previously been ordered to make $200 monthly payments starting Dec. 1, 2021 and has not made any payments. Defendant is scheduled to be released on March 6. The Court orders that the previous restitution order of $200 monthly commence on Apr. 1. The Court orders 60 days WC Jail – I/S – to be served immediately in the event of a missed payment.

Ryan Joseph Seger, Plover, was in court on Feb. 14 on three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Court orders: 45 days WC Jail – Huber, GT, six days CFTS, sentence to commence by Apr. 14, the Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Appeal rights given. Bonds previously posted to be applied.

 

Ricardo Sanchez, Redgranite, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court amends the bond to $2500 Sig Bond with the same conditions. DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. A status conference is scheduled for March 20.

Thomas R. Snow, Westfield, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of Theft by Contractor >$10,000-$100,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 21.

Aston B. McCoy, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of Theft-Business Setting >$2500-$5000 and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court orders: $1000 cash bond previously forfeited to be reinstated. MH/AIA Scheduled – NOH Given.

 

Anthony Alexander Bruzon, Wisconsin Dells, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of Fail/Report to Jail (Felony). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 17.

Justin D. Yaroch, Redgranite, was in court on Feb. 14 on two counts of Expose Child to Harmful Descriptions. An arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 21.

Clint Leonard Block, Owen, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of Fail/Report to Jail (Felony). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 17.

David Bruce Knight, Westfield, was in court on Feb. 14 on 15 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Court orders: Defense motions filed by March 8 and State’s motions filed by March 14. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Mach 21.

 

Timothy M. Vine, Wild Rose, was in court on Feb. 14 on a count of Intentionally Subject an Individual at Risk to Abuse – Cause Bodily Harm. Court orders: $250 deposit towards court appointed counsel by March 1. $100/month payments toward court appointed counsel to begin Apr. 1. AIA Scheduled – NOH Given. Bond modification argument by the DE. The Court will not modify bond at this time, advises the DE that counsel may request to be heard further on bond once appointed. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for March 21.
