Anthony Alexander Bruzon, Wisconsin Dells, was in court on Jan. 18 on a count of Fail/Report to Jail (Felony). Court orders $7,500 cash bond. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for Jan. 30.

Christopher Joseph Macijeski, Pine River, was in court on Jan. 19 on four counts of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 14.

Alexander J. Schoenberger, Wautoma, was in court on Jan. 23 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). The Court orders defense pre-trial motions be filed by Feb. 15. State’s motions to be filed by March 1. A final pre-trial is scheduled for March 14. A jury trial is scheduled for Apr. 5.

Lonny Lee Tollefson, Wild Rose, was in court on Jan. 24 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court orders: $2500 signature bond. Complete ID process with the Sheriff’s Department. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.

Allia D. Caldwell, Hancock, was in court on Jan. 24 on a count of Knowingly Operating While Suspended (Cause Great Bodily Harm). Court orders: Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Appeal rights given.

Isaac Chagala Martinez, Combined Locks, was in court on Jan. 24 on a count of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of Vehicle, a count of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide, a count of Knowingly Operate w/out Valid License – Cause Death, and a count of Homicide by Use of Vehicle with PAC.

 

Scott James Blau, Oshkosh, was in court on Jan. 24 on a count of Sexual Exploitation-Employ, Use, Induce, a count of Cause Child 13-18 to View Sex. Activity, a count of Exposing Intimate Parts to a Child, and a count of Expose Child to Harmful Descriptions. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 14.

Jorge Paredes, Wautoma, was in court on Jan. 24 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of OWI (7th, 8th or 9th). A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 20.

Dylan L. Sockness, Wautoma, was in court on Jan. 24 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. The defendant withdraws his speedy trial demand. The Court clears the FPT and the JT from the calendar.

Tamarus V. Clark, Ogdensburg, was in court on Jan. 24 on three counts of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine and a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). Court orders: 78 mos term of imprisonment - Bifurcated sentence - 30 mos IC/48 mos ES - 399 days CFTS. ES Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, NC w/ Rebecca Clark, Thomas Kasch and/or Terri Hoople unless authorized by the supervising agent, NC w/ people that possess controlled substances, DE is prohibited from frequenting places where controlled substances are used or sold, $550 Drug Buy Money w/ 60 DTP or PP, Maintain employment, Mental Health Assessment and follow through, DE to obtain HSED, Any other terms or conditions as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Appeal rights given. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program and the Challenge Incarceration Program.

 

Justin D. Yaroch, Redgranite, was in court on two counts of Expose Child to Harmful Descriptions. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 14.
