Joseph G. Tuyls, Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 14 on a count of Repeated Sexual Assault and a count of 1st Degree Sex Assault. Court orders: $50000 signature bond. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Feb. 21.

Caleb William Dercks, Appleton, was in court on Dec. 14 on two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Maintain Drug-Trafficking Place, and a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (>10,000g).

Kelly J. Moderson, Hortonville, was in court on Dec. 14 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Court orders: 180 days WC Jail – I/S – two years probation. The court does not object to supervision being transferred to another jurisdiction. Conditions: Restitution in the amount of $311, already paid in full. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Cody Alan Schladweiler, Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 15 on a count of Drive or Operate Vehicle w/o Consent. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 21.

 

Matthew John Studinski, Almond, was in court on Dec. 16 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 10.

Scott James Blau, Oshkosh, was in court on Dec. 16 on a count of Sexual Exploitation-Employ, Use, Induce, a count of Cause Child 13-18 to View Sex. Activity, a count of Exposing Intimate Parts and a count of Expose Child to Harmful Descriptions. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Jan. 24.

Blake William Duket, Lohrville, was in court on Dec. 16 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. The Court will allow the defendant to remain in the Treatment Court Program. The Court modifies the conditions of probation. The Court orders the defendant to serve a 9 day jail sentence - sentence is with huber. Defendant is to be released on December 24, 2022. Lisa M. Somers, Appleton, was in court on Dec. 20 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. The Court places the case in suspended status pending toxicology results. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for June 5.

Jorge Paredes, Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 20 on a count of OWI (7th, 8th, or 9th). The Court amends the bond to a $25,000 Cash Bond. Bond previously posted in the amount of $7000 not to be applied to the $25,000 Cash Bond ordered. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety and may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No operation of any motor vehicles whatsoever. An initial appearance is scheduled for Dec. 28.

Zackary A. Partridge, Appleton, was in court on Dec. 20 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 6.

 

Randy Ray Erdmann, Pine River, was in court on Dec. 20 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). The Court recites its’ review of the evidence. The Court finds there is clear and convincing evidence that the DE was operating the vehicle in question, on a highway, to the standards set forth by Wisconsin law. The Court also finds that the DE had operated a motor vehicle within three hours of the time of blood withdrawal. Based on these findings, the Court denies the Defense motion to strike. The parties request a FPT. Court orders: Defense motions filed by March 7, State’s motions filed by March 14. A final pre-trial is scheduled for March 21.
