Michael R. Seehafer, Lily, was to be in court on Dec. 7 on two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Seehafer not in court. The Court authorizes the issuance of a warrant extraditable within the State of Wisconsin.

Timothy Troy Williams, Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 7 on two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony, a count of OWI (5th or 6th), and a count of Operating w/ PAC (5th or 6th). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Jan. 31.

Clifford Raymond Beyer, Wild Rose, was in court on Dec. 7 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g) and a count of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g). Plea: Ct 2 – NC. The defendant is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program. The defendant is not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program. ES conditions: AODA and follow through. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. $220 drug buy money w/ 60 DTP or PP. No contact with Michael Appleyard directly or indirectly. No phone calls, e-mails, text messages, written communications or by third party unless allowed by supervising agent. Appeal rights given.

Dylan L. Sockness, Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 12 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 27 at 10:40 a.m. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Jan. 31. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 14.

Chad A. Miller, Plainfield, was in court on Dec. 12 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Jan. 30.

Andrew A. Pantalons, Weyauwega, was in court on Dec. 13 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. The Court will amend bond to allow for contact between DE and victim via written communication regarding property exchange.
