Thomas R. Sagami, Plainfield, was in court on Nov. 16 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Jan. 4, 2023.

Monica C. Bishop, Winneconne, was in court on Nov. 16 on a count of OWI (4th). Court orders: $1000 cash bond. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any imparing substances that have been prescribed by a physician. No operating of any motor Vehicle without a valid driver’s license for the manner of operation. An initial appearance is scheduled for Dec. 6.

Cassandra Marie Wilson, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on Nov. 17 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine. Plea: NC. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Court orders: 12 month WC Jail, consecutive to any other sentence, GT. 105 days CFTS. Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. 44 days CFTS in the event of revocation. Appeal rights mailed to be returned to the court by 11/24.

Tiffeny M. Schneider, Hancock, was in court on Nov. 17 on a count of Possess w/Intent-THC (<+=200 grams). An arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 3, 2023.

Allia D. Caldwell, Milwaukee, was in court on Nov. 17 on a count of Knowingly Operating While Suspended (Cause Great Bodily Harm). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Jan. 4, 2023.

Michael J. Howie, Fall River, was in court on Nov. 17 on a count of Fail/Report to County Jail (10 Days +). The Court questions the DE. Statement by the DE, does not contest. Statement by the Court. The Court grants the motion to nullify work release privileges for the duration of the conditional jail sentence, Good Time Credit cannot be revoked as it did not apply as the DE is serving a conditional sentence. Motion for Review of Credit for Time Served addressed. Statement by the DE. The Court questions the DE. The Court advises the DE that credit issues from other jurisdictions cannot be addressed by this Court, the Court denies the motion.

Chad J. Mulvey, Appleton, was in court on Nov. 17 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. Court orders: 32 days additional Jail Time as a condition of probation, consecutive to any other sentence, no Huber. Costs and Restitution reimposed to the extent not previously paid, on the same schedule, as previously ordered by the Court.

Cullen A. O’Keefe, Wautoma, was in court on Nov. 17 on three counts of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, two counts of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), 12 counts of Bail Jumping-Felony, two counts of Possession of Methamphetamine, and a count of Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g). A motion hearing is scheduled for Dec. 28.

Ct 3 - 20 days WC Jail - GT, 16 days CFTS - Time served sentence, 12 mo DL revocation, OWI Assessment, $350 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, $42.50 Blood Draw Fee w/ 60 DTP or PP, Attorney fees w/ 60 DTP or PP to be repaid in monthly increments of no less than $50 per month starting the first day of the first month following release from custody. Three years probation - Conditions: 120 days WC Jail - Huber, the Court has no objection to electronic monitoring, the Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction, No GT, No CFTS, sentence within 60 days, Anger Management and follow through, Psych evaluation at the discretion of the supervising agent, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, NC w/ victim unless authorized by the supervising agent, Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, Attorney fees w/ 60 DTP or PP to be repaid in monthly increments of no less than $50 per month starting the first day of the first month following release from custody. Lindsey Rae Blaauw, Winneconne, was in court on Nov. 17 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, a count of Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (2nd+ Offense), a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. The Court continues the $1200 Cash Bond. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Dec. 22.
