Ryan B. Marzahl, Neshkoro, was in court on Nov. 3 on a count of Theft-Business Setting >$5000-$10,000 and a count of MA-Fraud/Benefit Application. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 21.

John Francis Kressin, Wild Rose, was in court on Nov. 3 on a count of OWI (4th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th). An arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 17.

Remington Jon Nystrom, Wi Rapids, was in court on Nov. 3 on a count of 1st Degree Sex Assault. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Jan. 3, 2023. A jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 3.

Court orders: S/W three years probation – Conditions: 120 days WC Jail – Huber, No GT, four days CFTS, sentence to commence within 60 days, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, the Court orders forfeiture and destruction of the seized Mossberg 12 gauge pump action shotgun and the Marlin model 60 .22 caliber rifle. Bond previously posted to be applied. Appeal rights given.

Court orders: S/W three years-probation – Conditions: Defendant to obtain a High School Diploma, GED or HSED during the pendency of probation term, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Four days CFTS in the event of revocation. Appeal rights given.

Thomas James House, Hancock, was in court on Nov. 8 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. An initial appearance is scheduled for Dec. 19.

Timothy R. Bateman, Ashland, was in court on Nov. 8 on a count of Drive or Operate Vehicle w/o Consent. Based on non-appearance the Court authorizes the issuance of a warrant extraditable within the Continental US. Amber Renee Bartlett, Stevens Point, was in court on Nov. 8 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Electric Weapon. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 6.

Leonado-Josue Cruz-Benavidez, Pine River, was in court on Nov. 8 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer. Based on non-appearance, the Court authorizes the issuance of a warrant extraditable within the Continental US.
