Bandt named Student Builder of the Year
Gaven Bandt, a junior at Wautoma High School in Wautoma, was honored
April 24, by the Wisconsin K-12 Energy Education Program (KEEP) for his
excellence in incorporating energy efficient technologies into home
remodeling projects. Bandt was one of two students to receive the
Student Builder of the Year Award, which included a certificate and a
$50 savings bond, at KEEP’s annual Energy Awards Ceremony. The students
received their award from Sara Van de Grift, Residential Programs
Director for Focus on Energy, at the Wisconsin Energy Conservation
Corporation building in Madison.
