*12/12/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 6:30 a.m. on Porters Lake Rd. in the Town of Mount Morris. Ethan Tratar, 18, Wautoma, left the roadway on the right shoulder when he fell asleep. Vehicle entered ditch and contacted tree.
12/16/2022: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 11:02 a.m. on an intersection in the Town of Saxeville. David Kircher, 59, Neenah, attempted to stop at the posted stop sign and was unable to stop. Vehicle struck vehicle 2 that was illegally parked near the northbound lane of County Road TT. Vehicle 2 had failed to stop at the posted sign earlier due to weather and was stuck in the snowy ditch.
12/16/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 11:45 a.m. on Cottonville Dr. in the Town of Dakota. William Majewski, 58, Wautoma, spun out on snowy/icy roadway, slid into the ditch on the right shoulder, turned 180 degrees and then rolled onto the driver’s side.
12/16/2022: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 12:03 p.m. on 15th Rd. in the Town of Rose. Richard Seifert, 73, Wild Rose, attempted to negotiate the right hand curve of the road. Vehicle crossed center line and struck Amie Towne, 47, Waupaca, in the opposite lane. Towne was traveling within her lane and was struck and pushed into the west ditch.
12/16/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 3:48 p.m. on CTHS eastbound in the Town of Mount Morris. Patrick Marvin, 52, Redgranite, lost control due to weather conditions and rolled over in the southern ditch.
12/16/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 4:55 p.m. on 6th Dr. in the Town of Plainfield. Douglas Knoll, 56, Plainfield, failed to maintain control at the stop sign when slowing and drove into the south ditch of Archer Ave. striking tree limbs in the ditch. Vehicle sustained damage to headlight, front bumper, windshield and top of the auto.
12/17/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 8:30 a.m. on CTHV southbound in the Town of Coloma. James Sniadajewski, 86, Amherst, lost control on the snowy roads, ran off roadway left, went into the ditch and struck a tree on the drivers; side rear door causing minor damage.
12/17/2022: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 11:05 a.m. on Burr Oak Ln in the Town of Coloma. Joshua Brown, 34, Hancock, was maneuvering around parked vehicle 2 while plowing snow and struck the taillight of unit 2 with the marker on the passenger side wing plow. No occupants in unit 2 at the time of the accident.
12/17/2022: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 2:02 p.m. on Snowmobile Run in the Village of Plainfield. Jose Garcia, 19, Plainfield, was backing onto the roadway when he failed to notice Karen Subbert, 49, Plainfield, driving northbound on Snowmobile Run. Subbert honked her horn and Garcia kept backing, which resulted in Garcia striking Subbert on the passenger side rear door causing minor damage.
