5/31/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 12:30 p.m. on CTHK eastbound in the Town of Springwater. Diane Hickey, 57, Kenosha, ran off roadway to miss small rock in the road and struck a mailbox. Hickey stayed on scene, unknown owner of the mailbox as it is a vacation home.
6/4/2022: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 9:45 a.m. on CTHA westbound in the Town of Springwater. Michael Farry, 69, Wild Rose, slowed to turn into a driveway. Robbie Strauss, 55, Menasha, strikes Farry from behind. Farry stated he did have his turn signal activated. Strauss stated Farry stopped in the roadway and did not have turn signal activated.
6/4/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 12:45 p.m. on CTHG southbound in the Town of Mount Morris. Randy Wiesneski, 54, Greenville, was negotiating a curve in the roadway when he encountered gravel and sand on the road surface. He lost control of the motorcycle, causing him to slide and eventually enter the ditch area. Wiesneski then entered the ditch where the bike eventually came to rest. He was not at the scene of the accident at the time of the call as he was transported to the hospital from the crash scene by a private vehicle and he did not notify law enforcement until hours later.
6/6/2022: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 9:41 a.m. on W. Main St./STH73 northbound in the City of Wautoma. Marie Gassett, 92, Wautoma, turned left from the right hand side of the lane into Linda Gaatz, 69, Wautoma, striking it just behind the front passenger wheel.
6/15/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 3 a.m. on Beechnut Ave. in the Town of Wautoma. Richard Widowski, 69, Wautoma, exited the roadway to the left and entered the north ditch on Beechnut Ave.
6/15/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 5:40 p.m. on IH39 southbound in the Town of Coloma. David Guidi, 38, Tallahassee, FL, was traveling with an empty trailer. Guidi lost control due to the weather, exited roadway right, struck ditch, then embankment.
