2/25/2022: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 6:34 p.m. on Main St/STH49 southbound in the Town of Poy Sippi. Unit 2 was legally parked. Unit 1 stuck Unit 2 while leaving the parking lot and leaving the scene.
3/5/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at an unknown time on CTHO eastbound in the Town of Hancock. Allisa Caldwell, 21, Hancock, fell asleep while vehicle was in motion. Caldwell entered the south ditch, striking three traffic signs and crosses the intersection of CTH KK and CTHO. Caldwell continued into the south ditch towards a drainage ditch. The vehicle entered the ditch with the front of the car pointed down. Vehicle caught on ditch bank and ice and came to rest facing west approx./ 6-8 feet down the drainage ditch in the water.
3/12/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred on Cumberland Rd in the Town of Richford. Seth Wacholtz, 24, Coloma, tried to attempt to turn onto the road and the vehicle turned wide and struck a stop sign, ATV road sign, Town of Richford Community Center sign, and a utility box. The vehicle continued and left the scene.
3/13/2022: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 10:14 a.m. on Silver Lake Rd. in the Town of Marion. Unit 1 was legally parked in a parking lot and Dustin Frederick, 28, Wautoma, was parked on the ramp leading from the lot to the sidewalk. Frederick backed up while turning and struck Unit 1. Frederick was unaware that he had struck the vehicle, so he left the scene and was located later.
3/14/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 1 p.m. on Aspen Ave in the Town of Springwater. Nathaniel Borst, 2
0, Berlin, was eastbound when he lost consciousness, running off the road to the right striking some trees.
3/14/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 4:44 p.m. on Rustic Road 117/CTHW southbound in the Town of Saxeville. Donna Jean Fork, 69, Wild Rose, failed to negotiate a right curve. Fork entered the ditch sideways. The vehicle sustained functional damage but was able to make it out of ditch. Fork then left the scene and was later located at the registered owner residence. Driver suspected of operating under the influence, subsequently arrested.
3/15/2022: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 1:59 a.m. on CTHQ westbound in the Town of Aurora. Leah Johnson, 26, Redgranite, stated she was westbound near the intersection on Stonehenge Rd, and stated she dozed off causing her to go over the centerline, striking a mailbox on the south side of the road and causing damage to her vehicle. It also appeared she struck a culvert/driveway as well.
